Dear Valued Residents,

Exciting Changes Are Coming to Toppenish Utility Services!

The City of Toppenish is excited to announce the launch of a new and improved utility billing system: Tyler Enterprises ERP. This upgrade marks a major step forward in enhancing our services and improving efficiency for our residents.

Important Transition Details:

  • May 2025 was the final month using our previous utility billing system.
  • As of 5:00 PM on May 22, 2025, Invoice Cloud will no longer be available for making payments via text, phone, or online.
  • All payments on Auto pay or scheduled payment will be cancelled after May 22, 2025.
  • All utility payments moving forward will need to be made in person at City Hall until implementation is completed in early June.
  • City staff is working to minimize any negative impact on residents, and more communication will be sent out after the next City Council meeting on May 27th.

What to Expect in June:

  • Due to the transition, please expect delays in receiving your next bill.
  • Sign into Tyler Payments, as there are new payment options for citizens to pay their utility bills via text, phone, or online.
  • We strongly encourage all residents to make their utility payments in June to avoid falling behind on future bills.
  •

More details will be shared next month. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact City Hall at 509-865-2080.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to bring you better service.

Sincerely,

Finance Department
