Welcome to the City of Toppenish Permitting Services Department on-line permit information system. The Permitting Services Department is here to provide the community with planning and building reviews, permits and inspections. NOTICE: beginning Monday, July 21, 2025, the Development Services and Public Works Customer Service personnel will officially relocate to Toppenish City Hall, located at 21 West 1st Avenue in Toppenish.
The move is expected to improve coordination between departments, help reduce wait times and improve service delivery and provide a one-stop-shop experience for residents and developers.
All phone numbers and contact information for Development Services and Public Works will remain the same. The City encourages residents to visit City Hall starting July 21 ,2025 for any related services.
