The City of Toppenish invites separate sealed BIDS for the procurement of a new PM-10 Certified Street Sweeper including the following per proposal: A four-wheel, cab-over, full-electric chassis rated at a minimum of 11,000 pounds GVWR, equipped with a hydrostatic drive system and a minimum 2.6 cubic yard tipping hopper, complete with an articulated Push and Pull dual gutter broom sweeping system.
Required delivery is within 6 months of placing order.
- Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked " BID FOR TOPPENISH STREET SWEEPER PROCUREMENT."
- Bidders shall use the bid form provided.
- All blank spaces on the bid form shall be filled in.
- The bidder shall sign the proposal in the space provided.
- Any interlineation, alteration, or erasure must be initialed by the signer of the bid.

Bids will be received by the City Clerk at City Hall 21 W 1st Avenue, WA 98948, until 11:00 a.m., June 10, 2026, and then shortly thereafter will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City Council Chambers located at 21 W 1st Avenue.
The City of Toppenish, Washington (City), invites qualified consulting firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide professional engineering and related services for the design of future Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) and user rate increase study. Consultant selection will be based on qualifications only.
The City’s WWTF solids treatment infrastructure is reaching the end of its useful life with some components over 50 years old. The project will address prioritized design improvements to the WWTP solids handling systems and infrastructure, based on need and critical function including the designs for sludge holding tank improvements, grit system upgrades, aeration basin treatment improvements, secondary clarifier replacement, operations building improvements, and UV system upgrades. The project also includes the development of a user rates study necessary to support funding for the design and construction efforts.

The City of Toppenish is seeking qualified consulting firms to implement and administer the City’s Cross Connection Control (CCC) Program in compliance with Washington State Department of Health requirements. Qualified firms are invited to submit their qualifications by April 29, 2026.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Inventory and assessment of cross-connection and backflow prevention locations
- Routine inspection and compliance monitoring
- Enforcement activities in accordance with applicable codes and regulations
- Program documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping
- Training and technical support for City staffGuidance on customer education and outreach
